SERVICES
PEECC provides a variety of services to the Youth. Our services include, but are not limited to:
BASIC LITERACY - Basic academic skill in reading and math with individual training for deficiencies. Remedial skills in reading and math. Prepares business-related documents using proper business style, format, and content including appropriate vocabulary, and inclusion of all necessary information; utilizes resources and finds good examples. LIFE SKILLS – Client receives instruction for mastery and utilizes analytical tools and technology such as computers, spreadsheets, accounting/finance principles, and economic theory to plan, organize, and allocate personal resources. Organizational skills, money and banking, citizenship, community service, human growth and development (family planning) parenting, peer mentoring. Creative Thinking: Generates new ideas or innovative ways of doing things. GED PREPARATION AND PRE-TEST ASSESSMENTS – Individualized and group GED preparation and instruction. Self paced individualized tutorials and computer assisted curricula specifically assigned based on clients individual service strategy. Registration and payment assistance for General Education Diploma. WORK MATURITY SKILLS – Career Exploration: Translates business career options into skills, knowledge, and experience necessary for employability; Prepares for and interviews with poise and confidence. Leadership: Creates a vision/objective/goal; defines alternative paths for achievement; fosters a supportive climate. OCCUPATIONAL SKILLS TRAINING – Workplace safety: rules and regulations. CPR and First Aid Training. CREDENTIALING - CPR and First Aid Training; Basic Computer Skills, Food Handling, Customer Service. OTHER DELIVERABLES
